Set high above Auckland’s Commercial Bay, Level 7 of the Aon Centre was designed as a turnkey workplace that feels both purposeful and inviting. Designed by Unispace for Precinct Properties, the approximately 1,100sqm space brings together around 80 workstations with meeting rooms, collaborative areas and informal settings.

The design responds to the way people work today - moving between focused work, conversation, collaboration and moments to pause. Rather than creating a series of separate spaces, the workplace has a natural flow, with each area offering a different setting while remaining connected to the wider environment.

With expansive views across Auckland and the waterfront, the workplace makes the most of its elevated CBD setting, bringing a sense of openness and connection to the space. Natural light and outlook help shape the experience of the interior, creating a workplace that feels open, considered and distinctly connected to its surroundings.

The result is a flexible commercial environment designed to work throughout the day - from focused individual work to informal conversations, meetings and shared moments. It is a space that feels ready to welcome its next team, while providing the quality, comfort and flexibility expected of a contemporary workplace.

Located within Commercial Bay, the Aon Centre places the workplace at the heart of Auckland’s CBD, surrounded by retail, hospitality, wellness and transport amenities.

The furniture selection was curated to give each part of the workplace its own character while maintaining a cohesive feel throughout the floor.

For hospitality and social settings, Segis Cult Bar Stools and DesignByThem Twill Bar Stools and Pedestal Bar Tables create relaxed spaces for informal meetings, conversation and connection. Herman Miller Eames Soft Pad seating brings comfort and an iconic design language to more formal settings, while Easme Segmented Tables and Pedrali Ikon Tables provide flexible surfaces for meetings and collaboration.

The lounge areas introduce a softer, more residential feel with Wendelbo Mango Lounge Chairs, Panorama Lounge Module Sofas and Circle Coffee Tables. Muuto Soft Coffee Tables and Relevo Rugs add warmth and texture, helping to define informal spaces within the wider workplace.

Together, the collection creates a balance of structure and softness, bringing comfort, functionality and considered design to the everyday workplace.
