Located within Tauranga’s Northern Quarter development on The Strand, Holland Beckett’s new workplace brings together contemporary design, local character and a strong focus on the people who use it.
Spanning two levels, the interior balances welcoming client spaces with functional working environments, all framed by expansive views across the harbour. A striking central staircase connects the floors, while thoughtfully integrated breakout areas, a generous communal kitchen and dedicated wellness spaces create opportunities for connection beyond the desk.
Local artwork adds another layer of identity, bringing a sense of place into the workplace. The result is a considered professional environment that reflects the firm’s values while supporting collaboration, wellbeing and its connection to the wider Tauranga community.
The furniture selection was curated to give each part of the workplace its own character while maintaining a cohesive feel throughout the floor.
For hospitality and social settings, Segis Cult Bar Stools and DesignByThem Twill Bar Stools and Pedestal Bar Tables create relaxed spaces for informal meetings, conversation and connection. Herman Miller Eames Soft Pad seating brings comfort and an iconic design language to more formal settings, while Easme Segmented Tables and Pedrali Ikon Tables provide flexible surfaces for meetings and collaboration.
The lounge areas introduce a softer, more residential feel with Wendelbo Mango Lounge Chairs, Panorama Lounge Module Sofas and Circle Coffee Tables. Muuto Soft Coffee Tables and Relevo Rugs add warmth and texture, helping to define informal spaces within the wider workplace.
Together, the collection creates a balance of structure and softness, bringing comfort, functionality and considered design to the everyday workplace.
